I have 2 herniated discs in my column C and L5-S1 was easy with a small right paracentral disc herniation dehydrated ligament resulting in slight shift of the proximal left S1 nerve root. What type of procedure (s) best? I had the blocks before and tap does not work. I am concerned about the L5-S1 problem. Surgery? Any other suggestions? Can anyone help?
