In many places that do not grow nails. Resorts in Vietnam are generally cheaper. It does not hurt to have the butcher. Reject if you do not.
But the wax is not bad they are. Believe me, the wax can cause damage. My eyebrows waxed and grandmother once made a mistake. A portion of the eyebrow was gone, and never in a bad change. It was not a part of the eyebrow!
